At the current time, access to the LOWL data is limited to 
collaborative efforts. It is our hope that limiting data 
access will allow us to better coordinate the analysis and 
interpretation of the LOWL data in order to avoid duplication 
of effort, and to insure that the scientific return from this 
instrument is consistent and of the highest quality. As a 
condition of this collaboration, we reserve the right to be 
co-authors on any resulting publications, however, we expect 
that we will waive this requirement where appropriate. Also, 
we reserve the right to refuse publication of results that we 
find objectionable on scientific grounds.
